United StatesI received my item late. I ordered it over 2 weeks in advance to make sure it would arrive in time for my event that was over 2 weeks after I ordered it. The site said it would take 3-4 Days and then the latest was 8-10. Then I had to pay an extra $25 to get it shipped straight to me in time because they were out of stock which was not mentioned on the site otherwise I would not have purchased. They claimed they had to charge more since it was a residential address but they were going to waive it for the inconvenience of being out of stock but the address was commercial so I’m not sure why they even said that. And then when I received my product a wheel on the chair was broken. I contacted them about it and received no response. I try to help small business by purchasing through them and since the customer service claims to be a highlight of theirs I thought I could trust them. But my friend found one for half the price on amazon with free shipping about a week later so I’m pretty upset about that.
This chair is very good for what you pay. I've compared this to other websites and since the shipping is included I think this is the cheapest option. Thank you chairs that give!
I wanted to write this review concerning my mixed feelings. Since I'm just starting my business I went for one of the cheaper models against the consultants advice. I'm happy since I have an okay looking chair that seems of decent quality but I find it a little less sturdy than expected. (I should have listened and invested a little more I guess.) The delivery and customer service was great though and the price was lower than other websites I've looked on. 5 stars for that! In a few years time I'll be back for another chair and will probably listen to your advice .
